Online Personal Training Options

 

For over a decade Steven McHone has been providing mountain athletes training programs to be stronger Ultra Runners, Mountain Bikers, Kayakers, Climbers, Mountain Guides, Skiers, Snowboarders, Ultra Cyclist, Hikers, Bikepackers and Adventurers prevent injuries, decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass and increase athletic performance measures that include flexibility, core function, balance, power speed, agility, strength and sport specific conditioning.

Traditionally Mountain Athletes who adventure in Pisgah National Forest and the rest of the Blue Ridge Rage train for their sports by doing their sport more. This methodology often fails to improve all components necessary for Mountain Athletes to perform at a high level and prevent injuries.

The MPT Program systematically progresses Mountain Athletes to their performance gaol by approaching training with scientific rationale dividing training into three stages: Stability, Strength and Power.

For those who have access to a gym or home workout equipment and would like to have a personalized training plan to help them achieve their goals.

Subscription Includes: 3 custom workouts weekly, once weekly coach communication via email/phone/text/video, 24 hour responsiveness, movement assessment, weekly workout analysis.
