Personal Training
Personal Training at MPT offers individuals high-quality training by our nationally certified coaches, who are also competitive outdoor athletes(trail runners, mountain bikers, kayakers, climbers). Our Coaches are here to guide you towards achieving your most fit self as you reach for new goals and adventures. One-on-one personal training gives individualized programs and 100% of the coach’s attention so that technique, motivation, and accountability will be maximized during each session. These sessions will be held during the less busy hours at MPT. For those who would prefer to have the studio to themselves, we have hours that aren’t open during normal hours.
