Mountain Performance Training
At McHone Performance Training we provide high quality, small group strength training designed for individuals living, playing and adventuring in the mountains surrounding Asheville, NC. Our strength training approach involves function movements using body weight exercises, kettlebells and Olympic lifting. The workouts are non competitive, we believe that strength training should support the performance of your mountain activities not make you so sore you don’t want to leave your couch.
For those who would like more individualized attention we offer One On One Personal Training Sessions. The Personal Training Sessions reserve the training space so that only the client and coach are in the facility during that time. No distractions, no sharing of space or equipment.
Rainy week and the trails are trash? Want to burn some more calories and lean up? Our conditioning classes are a perfect way to cross train when your not able to get out on the trails for your conditioning. These 45 minute workouts are a total body push focusing on taxing your cardio and core.
Don’t live in the greater Asheville area? No worries, MPT has you covered with our Virtual Training Programs. We offer video assessments, check ins, feedback and the right strength and conditioning training workouts to help you be best prepared for you mountain adventures.
