At McHone Performance Training, our mission is to support mountain athletes of all levels with purposeful, functional strength training that directly supports their outdoor goals.
We’re not a traditional gym; we’re a training community built for hikers, runners, climbers, paddlers, mountain bikers, and guides who want to move well, stay injury-free, and enjoy the outdoors for life.
Whether you're a weekend warrior or a working professional in the outdoor industry, we provide expert coaching in an inclusive environment—especially for those new to strength training.

As a kayaker, I’m prone to tight hips and overuse injuries. Between working in an office and kayaking, I do a lot of sitting. Our goal is to help improve all components necessary for mountain bikers, climbers, runners and paddlers to preform at the highest level and prevent injury. Using our Integrated Training approach we focus on Functional Strength and Neuromuscular Efficiency.

Sarah Pruett Soufl (pronounced "so full") is a non-diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who empowers people with insight and information to appreciate their body, move more, improve lab values, boost sports performance, & understand food and nutrition as an important aspect of a full life.
