WHAT WE DO
Performance training enables individuals to take on adventures no matter the starting point. While many go to the gym to “get fit”,”lose weight”, “get stronger” McHone Performance Training challenges individuals to increase their physical capacity to take on the adventures that come calling. Pick the right adventure and the rest of your fitness goals will become secondary byproducts as individuals lifestyles shift in order to become fit for future adventures. Pick a mountain to summit, a trail to hike, river to paddle and start training to make it happen.
Take on your next adventure with confidence.
